Nicaragua La Bastilla Java

Harvested in a single-varietal, single farm lot from northern Nicaragua. This is a Java cultivar that is strictly high grown (SHG) and sorted to European preparation (EP) specifications. These are all marks that ensure the absolutely highest possible cup quality coming out of most Central American origins. 

This is a washed process coffee so look for notes of baker's chocolate, dried fruit, and toasted almond.
