This is a featured coffee from Finca Fátima, a third-generation, family-run estate in Coatepec, Veracruz, one of Mexico’s oldest and most historic coffee regions. Grown at 1,250 masl, this natural-process lot features Criolla, Typica, and Geisha varieties dried in the whole cherry to intensify sweetness and fruit complexity. The cup offers vibrant notes of brown sugar and dark chocolate. As fully integrated producers, siblings Ernesto and Givette oversee every step from cultivation to roasting, ensuring precision and quality at each stage. Their farm also highlights Veracruz’s biodiversity through honey production, citrus groves, and agrotourism.
