This coffee is decaffeinated using a water solution in lieu of chemicals. The green coffee is soaked in the water solution to remove caffeine and other solubles from the beans. The caffeine is then filtered from the solution, and the solubles are reintroduced to the coffee in order to maintain optimal flavor
