Guatemala Huehuetenango

This region of Guatemala yields some of the finest coffee that Central America has to offer. Warm air from southern Mexico supports slow coffee cherry maturation high up in the mountains of the Huehuetenango region. This means a denser, sweeter, and generally higher quality coffee bean. Expect a lighter bodied coffee with chocolate and dried fruit sweetness.
